Maple Syrup and Skiing-The perfect March Break combination!

Hi again!

Today I'm going to have a proper snow day with my family. We're going to the nearest cabane à sucre (or sugar shack, as most people call it) and eating some dee-lish stuff there (most of the food is made of maple syrup in some shape, way or form, YUM).

After all that, we're gonna need to work off some serious carbs, so we are hitting the slopes for some much-needed skiing and snowboarding. Heck yeah!
 But for now, I thought I'd leave you guys with a bit of important info before I depart on this awesome adventure ;)
