Craft #6 - DIY Lace Romper!

Hi everyone!

First off, HAPPY (belated) SUMMER SOLSTICE! I know, that sounds totally dorky, but I can't help it. I'm just weird like that. Anyways... Oh, I have a SUPER cute tutorial for you guys!!!
